It's all dry down here, so the high dollar tent did its thing. But the 06:45 wake up call by the B-17 and dual P-51 escorts didn't help much. Being on the end of the runway and right next to it has dual consequences.
Pretty big thunderstorm came thru last night, but after last year, we were better prepared for it.
If only Mike would get up and post some of the gazillion photos we took yesterday.
And the Beech Boys did a good job last night. First concert I have seen in forever but we ended up about 10 yards from the stage, so that was nice.
Jon is suffering from computer withdrawl and will be quite persnickity when he returns. He has been looking for an 80 year old woman to pre-judge his coach for Santa Fe so he will know what bling to add. Remember to post often about him while you get the chance. Between Mike and Jeff, they are keeping him in check at camp, but he may be bared from the exhibits today for asking too many questions.
-
I wasn't bared from any exhibits. I was allowed to keep my clothes on.
The way he spells its a wonder he is allowed to claim OSU is in OK. I still maintain it is in OH.

I think you were just lucky. The Anal Aura must be the same as not wearing deodorant, so they were just ducking out when you walked the halls.
Did you buy anything? I never saw any booty. I did have GPS envy. Mike has a nice unit now. He just needs a plane to put it in.
I was way happy with mine yesterday. The approach was rainy and I was supposed to break out at 1100' but got down to 700' before the runway appeared. Not ready for a go around, but ready to be in the barn.
-
I bought some stuff and had Mr UPS deliver it. Easier than toting it around in the hot sun.
I really wanted to get rid of both planes and trade for the new WACO, but the three salesman were too busy playing with their computer to talk to me. Only $379,000.

700 feet! That's VFR for Jon, he's used to 200 and 1/2.:D
