Anybody know any lenders who are financing 1998-2000 Prevost MHs? 10-20% down and 750-800 FICO. Already spoke with Southefinancial, gcmfinance, and Excel...all won't do >10 years in age. Thanks in advance.

USAA financed the 20 year old bus I bought last year.
Local bank ?
Perhaps a line of credit secured by other property ?

Home loan rates are at record lows. How about re-fi on your home, and use the equity for the motorhome. Just for thought...
