This is a 365. There's a fabricated bracket that goes through the wheel to the backside of the wheel. I suppose it's there to overcome centrifugal force

This is an outer dual. There's a flexible air hose between the valve stem and sensor. The sensor is held by the pressure of the hose where it's mounted in a valve stem rubber donut. It has to be a PITA to remove the hose.

Centramatic wheel balancers might be in order.
I hear you on the centramatics. That Twisted stainless wire on this bus I'm working on that's growing on me I like that I might have to copy that change it just a little bit so I could take credit for it.
The wheels I pictured did have Centramatics. I'm pretty sure they were needed unless this extra hardware is installed prior to spin balancing.
