What issues do you suppose one would encounter in a coach like that? A new interior could be 100K or more and I have seen others with an interior for 230k total ( same 2001 year) . I guess it would allow you to choose exactly what you wanted - like a new coach.
The real value to me would be if you wanted to use it for another application and did not want to pay for the interior - like a mobile clinic etc.
