Finally a reason for me to drink. I will have to make the trip to Alexandria unless you can bring her to Bethany.

Miles, You sly dog you. How are you doing ? Just happened to log on and couldn't resist this comment.
Hey Jim - Sorry I don't get on this site as often as I should but I am getting ready to head out to the Country Coach Rally in Amana, Iowa - Things are great here - Barney can't wait to get there - new sniffs and new places to mark. Hope all is well with you.
Miles
I think Denny and Ruth Ann are going to that Rally also.
Truk leaving today for Amana...
Truk,
We had the pleasure of a tornado warning here in Amana last night during happy hour.
We were then directed to the nearest storm shelter, for those that wanted to relocate there.
Surprisingly, no one left the free booze and all stayed through dinner :D
Welcome to Amana...... there's already several CC's here....
Ruth Ann and I will not be able to attend this rally. One of our funeral director's mother died so I have to stay here and work. Was really looking forward to being there and seeing all the CC people. Next time.
So we have Truk to blame for the Corona Kelly thread moving into the ditch for a Plastic Shield Rally held in a refridgerator town?
Don't worry Denny, I am sure someone will send some photos of all those plastic shields liked up in their scratched and faded glory.
Day One
8:00am - 9:00am The Plastic Shield and its Components
9:00am - 9:30am Go out to coach and wipe dew off of shield
9:30am - 10:45am Cleaning Your Plastic Shield - Bugs Be Gone
10:45am - 11:30am Scratch Removal - A Clear Shield is a Happy Shield
11:30am - 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00pm - 3:30pm Plastic Shield Removal - Live Demo
3:30pm - 5:00pm Plastic Shield Hardware - Almost as hard to find as Elvis
Day Two
Same Crap different Day
Day Three
Using you Plastic Shield to Bake Cookies
Day Four
Plastic Shield Addiction - You Can't Just Say No
Day Five
Prepare Plastic Shields for Trip Home
You're right JDUB. CK is not happy about her thread being hijacked.
She may have to wear something conservative on Latino night in response.

JDUB
After several days of Plastic Shield 101 everyone is going to need sunglasses. Those shields are going to look great!
It is my understanding that at the following FMCA convertion, the Dent Wizard will be there conducting seminars on removing road dings, stone chips, blemishes and all the other beauty marks that can be acquired by going unprotected on the front of a coach. They wanted to be at the CC rally but were not needed.
There will also be a new supplier that will introduce a plastic shield for the rear of coaches so they are protected going forward and backwards.
I need one of the rear plastic shields. I am getting dents from the bugs that fly into the rear of the bus because I drive so slow.
I do need a plastic shield for my slack adjusters also. I noticed they had gotten a little dust on them the last time I was under the bus.
Nothing better than having Latino night prior to a major holiday.
Mucho Coronas.

CK is looking great! What's her secret?
Wow, it's great to have the thread back on track ... :p
HAPPY 4th! BANG
I didn't jack the thread numb nut, I would never sidetrack a CK photo op, Kevin would have a stroke.:p
Can't wait to get to Amana for the new shield I ordered... Miles, did you order yours?;)
We had two Halloween parties at Mango's.
This is the Latino Night One. Some great outfits. I thought some of you guys might appreciate a few pixs.

I had a chance to use my new MIG Welder to build a metal stand for our liquor luge, complete with recessed rope lighting. Holding a 300# block of Ice.

Mike,
Thanks for the pix! Much appreciated. Looks like quite a party!
We somehow managed to get out of NJ and down I-95 without getting a chance to stop near DC. What's the best place to stay where we can be within a reasonable drive to your restaurant next time?
Obviously there is a god and it is Mango Mike Anderson!!!!!!!:p
Mike, you said there were two parties and you showed the first,,,,,,,,well.
By the way, what is a liqour luge? On second thought compared to the other images, who care's.
Ok, some random thoughts here.
Maybe in my next life, I can be Mango Mike.
If this is Halloween, whats New Years like.
Next year, I gota make Halloween at Mangos.
How about a POG rally in Mango's parking lot?
Gary: Mrs. Mango says, "Be careful what you wish for".
Paul: Cherry Hill RV park is the best. All the Poggers stay there.

Jim: More pixs coming your way today, now get back to getting the barn ready.
Jonnie: I'm thinking more King like.
Mango: Was they Trick'n or Treat'n? I have some candy left.
Jonnie,
We take a 300# block of ice (40 x 20 x 8) and add some trails using a electric chains saw.

The ice block sets up on a special stand with rope lights embedded in the stand to light the block.

Guest then pay the Luge girl for their choice of beverage, (Stoli, Grey Goose, Jagermeister, Gran Marnier). Then it's delivered down the icy trail to their waiting mouths.
I'm sure in the near future we'll some variation of this on the Parkway Auto lot in the hopes of pushing more cars.
Jim,
Per your request.

Thanks for the show Mike. :)
It's been a while since I worked Latino night, and even though Corona Kelly has moved on there are still some great views at Mango Mike's on Thursdays.
I thought I would share w/ my POG buddies.

Mike - you are my hero! I want to be just like you when I grow up! :D Since you were kind enough to revive this thread, it gave me the opportunity to go back and see what I had missed in the days prior to my joining POG. Wow! We need more threads (and pictures) like this on POG! Please, oh please, keep the wonderful pictures coming!
Mike, now that the Mother Ship is gone, life is GOOD!
So I'm laid up on a Friday night and I got to thinking about one of the most successful POG threads ever - Corona Kelly - and how much we looked forward to those posts after Latino Night.
So for Kevin Erion, here is a bump for old times sake. New guys, start at the front and enjoy.
Man, nuthin' warms the heart more than traditions....
Man, thank you. I needed that. Hey Mango, how about it!
