POG XII Nashville , Tennessee September 30 - October 4 , 2013

POG XII Rally Update

Debbie & Caesar & I spent a few days in Nashville last week making arrangements for the upcoming rally . The Fairgrounds is about 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville & will work well for this rally.

Here is a snapshot of the plans :

Monday - Arrival POG Bar B Q

Tuesday - Outing to the Fontanel - Lunch and tour at the Country Music Hall Of Fame Downtown - Theme? Dinner at the Fairgrounds

Wednesday - Guys to Prevost Facility for seminars & lunch - Gals craft session then lunch at Opry Mills Mall - Dinner at the Fairgounds

Thursday - Seminar/free time/etc til about 4:30 or so then we will be taken Downtown for dinner and a show at the Ryman Auditorium

This will be fined tuned as we get closer. As always , we will have time to visit show coaches and just hang out.

Please remember we have only 45 full hook up 50 amp sites - first come basis - there will be additional 30 amp full hook up sites available.

Rally Update

Hello Everyone ,

The Nashville Rally is shaping up well and will be a FUN EVENT!!

All of the 50 amp spots for the Nashville Rally have been reserved. We do have about 25 - 30 30 amp spots left. I no not think Nashville in early October will be an issue as far as having to run several A/Cs so the 30 amp sites should be ok for most people.

That's 50 campers. Ya ought to get a permit to parade them thru town.

We are in the process of finalizing the agenda for the Nashville Rally and will be putting out more information in the next few days. We will also start the payment process very soon.

In addition to all the fun and entertaining things that are planned, we want to have a couple technical seminars on Thursday morning. Of course, most of us guys consider the technical aspects about as much fun as one can have! I am looking for suggestions for potential topics and suggestions of who might be qualified/willing to present those topics. Your input is welcomed/encouraged. Thanks, Dale

Anyone interested in joining up in a group along the route from Texas to Nashville, and let's get the party started early! Let's start making plans!
