Low Voltage on Refrigerator Circuit

Update, I had problem with the ground cables on my house batteries. This caused several problems that i had. The cables were warm to the touch, that is how we found the problem.
All is good now.

Found loose ground cables from house batteries. I think this was causing all of my electrical problems.
