I just looked at a 90 XL and it had electric air pressure gauges:confused::eek:
Any one have or ever seen those?
The Executive conversion was a complete turd. I would keep the tires and sell the rest as a ships anchor. The photos were not current ones.
Keep lookin Viv. If that guy fetches 67 for it mine would be worth 150000. Realistically mine may fetch 50 or 60 the one I just looked at I would be embarrassed to be in if it were given to us.
At one time Prevost was supplying both types. of air pressure gauges. I do not know why they had both.

I have one of each, not sure which one was there first though. I guess I could look for wires on the manual one to see if it used to be electrical.

Before I joined POG..I had had several almost's via Rod Daniels...that fell thru' for one reason or another...
Now Rod Daniels has given my e-mail to this owner...and I think I know the bus he is talking about...not sure yet til I get confirmation from the owner...

You all know I've looked at least a doz. possiblilites...I am sooo tired of it all...but the last thing I want to do is make a terrible mistake...so here I am one more time...trying to keep the Faith that there really is one out there with my name on it...and wouldn't you know it's even older...an 88...but it has all I've been looking for...in floor plan that I need more than you guys know...
I know whatever I buy it's going to be my last rig...and I just cannot settle without getting the basic floor plan for many reasons you all don't know...
In Sept, or Oct. when the weather lets me I'm going back to Fl...and I mean to come home in a diff. coach...If it can't be a Prevo ...at least it will have the floor plan and be in a 40 footer...there are dozens and dozens available if I have to stay with RV's...but I don't really want any of them...
This one is plain, I can't see it has hardly any of the gingerbread I love so much but I'd have fun improving it a little at a time...
If the drive train is ok...batteries and tires at least safe...I could be happy with it...Don't forget it's a whole lot newer than the busses I used to drive every day ...and I don't move any 80 mph just going up and down the NJ, NY Turnpike anymore...I only want to cruise at 57 to 62 mph and enjoy the ride...and on country roads I love 45 mph...stopping anywhere I feel like...

PS: I may get the chance to drive one of the very busses I drove 30 yrs. ago....either a hi hat or fishbowl...probably 1960 something models....Several of them have been refurbished like new...I posted it but never got a single reply from anyone on POG...

I won't take a bus again tho.'...There's an airport in Birmingham that I'll try to get a flight to...if it's all Don says it is after you see it...I was too tired after that bus ride to SC...but I'll cross those bridges when I get to them too...
I'm just trying not to get my hopes up too much in the meantime...haha...
