Hello POG Community!
Greetings from one of your newest Members!
After 25+ years of production RVs/coaches we have finally made the transition to the Prevost world. We are in the process of completing purchase of a very well-loved and maintained ‘91 XL40 Liberty coach with 1 slide. Previous owner is a good friend and 2nd owner since ‘95 when he installed the slide. It is a beautiful older coach and I am anxious to learn and experience it all. I’m a retired airline pilot and certifiable gearhead since in-utero - collect & restore Corvairs and Fieros - so, happy to get my fingers dirty on a beautiful vintage coach :)
The POG Forum looks great and I have been working my way through several areas. There is a bit of ‘older’ content that has broken links and the info is not available… It is possible some of the video content has migrated somewhere but, for starters, I’m hoping I can get a link to the the video titled “Prevost Suspension - How Does it Work?” This link is from the Articles tab but seems to not function anymore… hoping someone or a Webmaster can update the link http://forum.prevostownersgroup.com/...w-Does-it-Work
Have a great day!

Good to have you here ... Corvairs and Fieros ... what an interesting pairing! I do not have the original document that is "active" but here is a pdf that will answer most of your questions. I do not know how well it will match your older coach but it will definitely get you started.Attachment 18977

Hello Rob, You came to the right place for information. Mark or I can provide you with suspension education. Mark has excellent drawings and info that he shared with me when I was tracking down a Norgen valve problem. In the course of tracking down a malfunction you learn quickly. I'm not saying I want you to have any problems of course!!!

One thing that I have done that really helped a lot is to download the air system drawings from Prevost to a thumb drive. I took the thumb drive to a print shop and had 24 by 36 prints made of the air system schematic. The detail is done well enough that I had no pixelation at that scale. It helped my old eyes trace individual circuits for both normal travel and level low function. If you have a coach with additional HWH leveling controls then that's another layer of complexity.

That is exactly what I did. Have it on my shop wall. Fed Ex Office did it and did a great job. Then had it laminated. Didn't cost all that much but is priceless. MAB
