Anyone see any value in a tool like this? It's a work in progress and the data is actual or SWAGs that need to be refined. BTW, anyone that thinks a high end Class A RV would be much different would be sadly disappointed.

Looks pretty accurate to me Gil! The extra upgrades and modifications add up as well, then the other incidental costs for water pump replacement, onboard air compressor replacement etc. It can be expensive, but as long as its getting used, and providing enjoyment, it’s all worth it right?

This looks great.
What about other items / miscellaneous that seem to add up in a hurry. Should add a pretty good number in there for things that are hard to categorize without over complicating the tool. Examples include:
Things like air system maintenance. I have replaced brake relay valves, norgrens, check valves, drain plugs, miscellaneous fittingsetc etc.
Then there is the interior. Latches, delam cabinets, faucets and fixtures, t-stats, light fixtures, air conditioners
Oh and dash air!
Generator maintenace
And what about the coaches that have more sophisticated controls? Seems like I hear about occasional programming costs.

We are winding down our business and are trying to fine tune our post income budget. We currently have closer to $10k a year in the bus fund. Maybe folks with newer buses need less .... over complication again but could add a factor based on age and / or general condition?
Great idea! I can think of a few additional things like A/C repair/replacement and Webasto repairs/service

Speaking of interior miscellaneous ... just ordered a $400 defrost control board for the refrigerator :-(

There was a couple of poggers Paul and Janice Horner early on in the club and they sold their house and they went full-time in a really well bought very well cared for Liberty. After living in it for some years when he sold it he put a really really good post of his whole experience and how much he budgeted in advance and what it actually came out to cost him over a four-year. If anybody can find that Old Post they should link it here it was a great read he kept very complete records.
