If someone suggests your all AC powered coach doesn't need a CO detector then they are telling you not to run your generator or diesel heater. They're also telling you not to park next to someone that does.
If you sleep with any passageway doors closed, the life saving detectors need to be on both sides of the door.
Finally, know how to escape your coach if the front door is not accessible.
