Pass seat bolts 1997 XL

How do you get to the bottom of the bolts that hold the passenger seat on.
I want to replace the seat and the bolts seem to come up through the floor but if I took off the nut they would fall free.

Can't find a way to get under there.

They won't fall through they're trapped in there. Just take the nuts loose and remove the seat the bolts will stay in there in a track.

If you zoom in to the bottom right corner of this picture you can see the two tracks and the bolts are sticking up.
