Be careful out there. It's easy to offer advice in hindsight. In this case, there's little question this was avoidable. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. It also shows the survivability of the Prevost chassis.

I wonder where that will end up? The bus chassis.

I wonder if the bus would have been equipped with the Prevost Aware system, if it would have stopped the bus in time or, at the least, slowed it down prior to impact?

Looks like the Prevost rear ended a fire truck. I wonder how they are going to explain that crash.

Amazing how well the bus stood up to a collision with a fire truck! Good to know how well they are built, but I hope to never experience anything like that with mine!!

I updated the link for those not doing Facebook.

The firetruck was blocking the road. That's a hard impact. Maybe the coach driver was asleep.

Wow, I cannot imagine that. You can see flashing lights from a long distance usually. They said it was blocking the road, just over a hill and when they came over it was there. That chassis held up well, all things considered
