A Arm Bushings Needed

Help.
Recently purchased a 1997 Marathon XLV.
Need upper control arm bushings for the IFS.
Prevost Chicago says they are back ordered with no good arrival date. They also checked stock at the other Prevost Service Centers.
Are there any after market replacements?
I have to put this coach on the road March 14.
Any suggestions?
I can run it with the old ones, however it is currently getting tires, shocks, alignment, and needs new ones sooner or later.

Turns out the bushings for a little new chassis fit. Prevost parts could not confirm or deny crossover. But they work good. Thanks, Jim
