Steve,

This doesn't help, but the closest I've been to that is Exit 29 on 95 at Flying J.

When we are in that neck of the woods headed north, we usually stay at Green Acres at exit 53 in Walterboro, SC. It's primitive, but with 120-foot pull throughs, easy-on, easy-off. Your SAT won't work there, but they have cable for $1/night.

Stopping at Waltersboro, SC

Make sure you chow down at:

Head east off the exit on the main drag. There's an empty lot just past the restaurant that works well for bus parking.

Warning: DO NOT Pull into the first Driveway going into the Walmart. It is a Dead end with no turn around. Talking about mistakes, on the way to POG1, we pulled in and made the turn into Walmart- NOT- Had to unload the Dolly, back the car out, unhook the dolly, back the coach out about .8 of a mile, then back up the road again, hook up the dolly, reload the car. Wasted a good hour and half while stopping incoming traffic from doing the same. Green Acres Campground is next exit southbound. Your are so right no Sat TV, too many trees. This was on a Sunday AM, locals at Walmart stated that if was during the week the semis would have had it clogged up - hopefully someone will put up a sign one of these days.

Steve: Pecan RV Resort north of Jax is very nice, not far into Fl. Just south of Flying J at exit 29 in ga. All concrete pads, paved streets, 2 0r 3 years old. Reasonable price.

Thanks for the intel on alternative stops and a place to eat. Mango, that place might be ready for a Mango Mike hostile takeover.
