If anyone has been looking for a ladder to carry in the bus, this one is a great price. It appears to be the same one I have used for several years, and I've never had a problem. About 2 years ago, I bought one for a friend of mine who weighs over 250 lbs, and he hasn't had a problem with his. I wouldn't recommend any of these for every day use around the house, but they are great for bus use. Just make sure all the steps lock in before you step on them. Roger can give us a class on that procedure.

I use the ladder with my XL and it is very adequate, but I'm not sure how it fits with an XL II or H3.

In the mid 1990's I found that ladder being shown at the Hardware Show in Chicago and put it on the Phil Donahue show. Little did I know he was going to actually climb the ladders in the studio!

Interesting video Andy. I see they have made some improvements on the ladder. The newer ones are rated at 330 lbs instead of 250 and the locking and release mechanism works differently. From your username, I take you are/were involved in similar sales.

A 12.5 foot ladder will be a bit shaky if you need to get on the roof. My bus is almost that tall so the ladder would have to be straight up... not good. Look for something around 14 to 16 feet extended. That way the base of the ladder can be pulled away from the bus, reducing the chance that it will fall over backwards.

I've seen similar others. Finding a shop to build on on a prevo and do it right r few and far between. Just did a Marathon that was same way. Not as unusual as u would think.
