Last post tonight, How the heck to you program the shades?

They all seem to be out of sync, when I hit the master some go up some come down and and some never move... sometimes i have to hold the button it get one to go up or down? and the auto doesn't seem to work until I stop it and hit down then back up.... I'm guessing there must be a way to resync all these shades back to a Open or Closed state....

Sounds like the limit switches.

The shades stop in both up and down positions normally, so I wouldn't think it would be limit switches.... more like a programming function..

Reached out to tech support VIPLLC and they say, close all shades and turn off the breaker in the bay ( #28 they think) and then back on and it will sync the shades for those with featherlite builds
