What type of antifreeze can be used in the fresh water holding tank if you want to operate in sub freezing temps if you still want to use the toilet
only not the shower or sink

The pink RV/Marine antifreeze would be okay as long you will only be using the toilet. FWIW, I have heard of some having good success using cheap Vodka...really. Your other alternative is to keep your baysd heated. The problem with heated bays is that if the heat fails you could have freeze problems.

Sometimes I'd leave Chicago in sub zero headed south and I'd want to do the same thing. What I ended up doing that was much easier was putting a couple gal of antifreeze in the bathroom on the floor and add it directly to the toilet as needed. It's a pita on some conversions getting g it all out when done if u add it to your tank.
