Repairs and updates question

I have a 2003 Mirage XLII Angola Coach. The air bladder in the slide has dry rot and needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if the slide has to be pulled out to replace that bladder? any recommendations who would be best to do the work? I live in Denver but will travel for good work.
I would also like to replace the carpet with a hard surface-either wood or granite. My daughter shows dogs so we need durable and easy to clean. I would appreciate any experience you all have had, including where you suggest I have the floor done.

The slide has to be run in about 2 inches to change the seal - not out. Seal is a very expensive extra large bicycle inter tube with wiper blade attached. Available only from Prevost.

I have ave no reservation recommending East Tennessee Luxury Coach in Vonore, Tn. (Near Knoxville). He can do the floor as well and probably will be as reasonable as a bus repair facility can be.
