Will someone tell me what position these valves should be while the Wabasto is either off or on. It is a '91 Beaver Conversion
Thank you in advance

I would like to help but don't have knowledge of your Conversion. By any chance do the valves have tags on the back sides ?

I'll take a guess.

3 valves there. Could be 1 controls the engine loop 1 controls the water heater loop one controls the heat to the registers in the cabin.

I would test the guess by starting it up from cold 3 different times closing a different valve each time.

I'd also guess all 3 should be open all the time unless a leak happens in one of the loops.

Another cenerio is only opening 1 the engine loop to facilitate preheating the engine quicker than would otherwise happen with them all open.

I'd pull that cover to see how they are plumbed. You should one or two engine loop valves. These valves could be at the engine.
