Salon TV Dropdown Latch

Hi Gang,

2005 Marathon H - When I go to drop the TV down the latch sticks & will not allow the TV to come down - I then stop the process and push the button again - then it will release…I wonder if there is an adjustment for the latch or if I need to lubricate it ????

Any thoughts???

Try blowing a little graphite in where metal touches metal. Put a rag behind the latch first to catch any stray graphic dust. Go easy - it doesn't take a lot. A small plastic tube of graphite should be available at any hardware store. Maybe even Walmart!

I have had to adjust the receiver pin on mine a few times over the years.
