Rally Update
Hi Gang ,
We just spent a few days in St. Louis getting plans finalized for the rally. One thing I want to share is that the Casino Queen is a Totally Non-Smoking Facility. We will be having some events in the hotel and breakfast will be in the casino buffet - but no smoke to contend with.
Here is a list of those who have signed up so far :

Jamie,
At the first meeting I attended that was in Oklahoma City, Ok., we had a "show and tell" of the latest tools being used by the various members. I do not know if any of the previously outlined subjects would cover this but it was well attended and a lot of fun. I do not know if we will be there but it was really interesting to see the innovations of tools.

Mr Keller: I thought you were my pal--
I would be happy to answer any questions about the CAC since I have been up close and personal but I don't think there is enough for a show and tell type seminar --the really smart guys have been having Prevost do the fix, and of course there is some serious damage to the wallet.
I do like the tool idea from the Pres.

I,ve been asked to do a seminar on Thursday in St Louis.
I have some ideas but would greatly appreciate some suggestions if u have one.
Theres bins and bins of old parts to use for visual aids I,m thinking that would generate a slew of questions and steer the discussion and make things easier .
Here R some thoughts
Ive got a knor bremse old style brake caliper that may be interesting. Could show its design and function show how easy it is to pull pads. Show the differences in the new replacements should u need 1 originals R now gone. The correct way to install new caliper slide pin kits.
How bout all the different slack adjusters we have and do the same all the different ride height valves and different linkage kits they changed over the years. Couple of brake chambers. We can cage a maxi remove the service brake diaphragm make it a "piggyback"
Or a complete Webasto unit I've got. There R small roller bearings in there for the impeller that blows air. We can split a case and show how to pull and replace those that's what gets them noisy with age.
The chassis d/c wiring on or around 06 and newer is now modular in design. This is a huge change. If u have an older chassis and R curious a walk around on one of these newer chassis might be really interesting.
Regan I have a couple of tools in the box im quite confident nobody else ha.s
If anybody has a topic or curiosity im all ears.

Hi Gang,
Here is a schedule for the upcoming rally. All meals indicated are part of the rally - Please note that originally I had Wednesday night listed as a " on your own " for dinner - you are still welcome to make your own dinner plans but I will be doing burgers & brats & whatever at the RV park for whoever would like to stay there and eat.
While you are welcome to arrive before the Sunday start date we all must be gone on Friday 10-3-14. They are keeping the park open an extra week for us & have requested that we all depart on Friday. If you are coming in early please call the Casino Queen RV Park at 800-777-0777 to make the arrangements for the extra days - your rally fee includes a Sunday arrival and Friday departure.
The 70's Dinner/Dance will be Thursday - You are welcome (and encouraged) to dress in your favorite 70's garb - be it early 70's " Hippie Look " or later 70's " Disco Look ".
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any questions.
Debbie & I are looking forward to seeing everyone……………….
