Progressive Industries - What a Great Company

I bought a Progressive Industries EMS surge protector about 5 years ago - I use it every day. Two weeks ago the display quit working - I called them & they said to send it in so they could look at it. I got it back today and they completely re-did the entire thing - Free Of Charge ! They even shipped it back to me and did not charge me!

It is really a pleasure to do business today with companies like this. So - if you do not currently have an external surge protector look at these people - you will be very happy with them.

I agree with your comments. Mine burned up (when it was a few years old) because of a bad connection at a camp site, and they replaced it free.

Progressive surge protectors were recommended at the Nashville rally last year. I bought one on Amazon.com solely because Progressive warrants their product for life -- unlike Surge Guard, the other brand.
