Does anyone know a source for the round snaps (1/2 diameter) that are used to hold the custom made windshield covers? I need to replace four of mine. I need the male part that screws or rivets to the bus. I tried to get them while at Parliament, but they couldn't locate them. They may have used them on another bus I saw them working on.

Dale ,
There is a parts supplier in Brooksville , Florida that seems to always have whatever Prevost part ( or any other part ) you may need - I think the name is Keller Automotive - I would try there.

Jamie,
I didn't want to mention this to Mr. K. He may still be trying to calm down about his last experience with these snaps.

Look at West Marine I believe they are the same ones used for the plastics on a Boat.

Hi Dale. A local boat or canvas shop will have them.

Dale, I have a selection you can pick from. I agree with Doug and Gary. The Marine industry has the best selection in stainless. I suggest trying screws first and rivets second. There are three types of rivets. It makes a difference where you use steel, aluminum, or stainless rivets on the front of the Bus. Some areas are fiberglass, some areas have steel under the fiberglass and other areas will catch just the side of a steel member causing additional issues. Call me if you want to become an Expert in this field !

After checking at my local Marine supplies, I found some of these on eBay. The packets I found locally were $24 for 6 snaps with an installation tool. This seller has good prices on various quantities starting at $8.30 for 25 stainless snaps including shipping. $14 for 100.
