Joe,
Couple questions on the M&G Brake system.
1. Put on used once removed - why?
2. How much?

I was hoping and waiting for your question Pat. I put this on a 2013 Ford PU that was bran new. The installation required cutting the reservoir for the coolant and the washer fluid apart then moving the coolant 1/2 to another location under the hood.
Both John and I decided to remove it and put it back to original for what seemed to us was a couple of obvious reasons. First if anything anywhere in the general vicinity of that mod would go wrong during warrenty period on the PU that would not go well. After the install that was obvious. Also the new location for the overflow for that particular truck was up by the firewall tight to the underside of the hood on a bracket that holds it other than straight. M&G sent photos and it was in there just like the pics. Crooked,in a really bad place and ugly I might add.
I think M&G has a great product. I wanted to get one for my Ram PU but they do not fit those or at least they didn't then. If U R thinking about M&G I would suggest U have them send U a the photo they provide for installation before U purchase so U don't find out like we did that U will be under the hood doing things U may not want to be doing.
I ate the cost of the M&G and he bought a new duel reservoir we put it back. I dont remember what I Paid for it. I got a PM about that from another I need to call M&G. Inquire about a few things. Whoever wants this Id prefer sending it to U and after either U R confident U can install it or actually install it then send the doe. 1/3 of what it was new? I don't know make an offer.

Joe,
i appreciate your direct and honest reply. I have a 2011 super crew now but was thinking of upgrading to a 4-wheel drive 2013 and rigging it to tow.
Using a M&G now on my Wrangler and like the set-up, might have to rethink utilizing a M&G on a Ford Truck though given your experience.

Pat this was a 1/2 ton 4WD 2013 Ford. Maybe a 1 ton has more clearance. Have M&G pdf U a photo of the install so U can see if its the same.
