Keypad on Door not opening, 2004 Vantare

Once again I need help. Have left my coach parked with everything hooked up and AC on at my lot for about a month. Had a friend check on my bus today and times before and when she keyed in the code the door did not unlock. Had a little trouble before with code lock being slow and having to punch numbers a couple of times. Now I am 1000 miles away and she can't get in to check on bus. Please help! Thank you, Mike Shaw

Try to push the lock 7 and 9 at the same time then push the code in again. This has worked for me before.

I had to buy a new pad from Prevost a few years ago. They go bad. Its best to always keep a key outside the coach.

Remember this Pad and system is Ford technology so check with your Ford dealer for pricing or the wrecking yard.
