Now a guy doesn't have many chances on an opportunity like this.

So, you gotta do it right.

When Jon bought their first RV (cash, after breaking the seller's back on the price), he fixed it up for his bride so they could go first class.

As the years went along, Jon just couldn't stop himself.

Jon's interest in airplanes has been manifold as well:

Jon likes to live humbly, yet keeping the youthful and charming Lady Di in the style which she SHOULD become accustomed to, considering the saintly nature of her very being, her kindness and compassion towards others.

May they have many, many more happy years together!

Helen and Jeff

P. S. I always thought Lady Di was the beautiful 'niece' that accompanied Jon in d' bus, but Helen said, "No, that's his WIFE!"

The very best to Jon and Lady Di!

Thanks to all. I can say that the years have flown (no pun intended) by and although we went through some tough times it has been great. We recommend it to everybody.

Who would have bet that a couple of teenagers with no education could have achieved what we have and been as blessed as we have been.

I have to think all 45 were tough on Di, so she is the one that needs the congratulations. A1 had just endured while making his own weather. Happy 45...........

Jon & Di - although I have never met you, I feel like I know you well from all your great posts! Jon, you said 45 years was a "blessing" and I agree. A wonderful gift. Our best for you and your bride's future, and I hope to meet you in Kerrville.

I think it might take them 45 years to make it into their new mobile home.

Congratulations Jon and Di!

Jon & Di Congratulations. I'm sure you two will eclipse our century mark as long as Jon keeps remembering to say Yes Mam. The longer you are together the tighter the knot gets.
Have a great and healthy New Year.
