I know I have asked this before and tried to look in the archives to no avail, What is the difference in level 1 2 3 service, 3 being the most complete service. Is it written some where so I can review it. Gary

Level 1, 2, 3 Service from Prevost, Jacksonville, FL.　 I called this morning and talked to the Service Dept in Jacksonville, and they sent the description of the different service levels.
