If the generator was started at the generator itself manually, and your coach employs a PLC (programmable logic controller) as Libertys and others are, it may be that the PLC regards this as a fault, since it did not call - was not used to call - for the generator to start, and shuts down the ability to start it normally from inside. This is the case with my Liberty, and in that case (Liberty, 2000) the watchdog timer must be reset. Marathons are sure to be slightly different, I would think, but it may be this is the area to concentrate on.
