"Oil Monitor Alert" displaying on DDEC ProDriver

We see the following message on ProDriver -

Oil Monitor Alert

Interval 8000 mi
Interval Left -6648 mi
Life Left 0%

It started in late June when we had the DD 60's oil changed. The figure "Interval Left" has increased over the months, the other two figures are unchanged.

I check the oil constantly. This week we are at Prevost Nashville for service. Is there anything I can tell them about resetting the alert?

Actually, is there anything I can do myself?

There should be an option to rest the oil change and change the interval, if you want. 8,000 miles is more often than required. There is a vehicle and driver menu. I don't have the menu tree in front of me, but the reset should be in the driver tree. Prevost techs should know how to do the reset. If they don't, I'll go look it up.
