The lady in the park here "Riverbend" ask me why her auxilary compressor ran every 15 min obviously an air leak. Her bed will not raise and she says the line has been plugged under a cabinet guess that's the first place to look. Question for the group, are there any valves that close off to certain features such as pocket doors etc or is it plumbed straight from the air tank. she has not received her manual from Prevost nor has she gone online to try to pull it up. 1993 H-3 40 Thanks Gary,

Mornin' Gary - Welcome home! I assume this is Pat's coach you're talking about? There are no shut off valves or manifolds in her aux system. All lines are direct from tank to function - No easy fix, just a systematic checking of each line until the leaks are found and fixed. Rick will be there with me in March.

Keep up the good work!

Gary,
We have the same year and model as done by Liberty. When we got the coach, the aux ran much as hers does. We had to do all the time consuming chase down of lines as Ken mentions.
Our big leaker, it turned out, was the check valve right after the compressor. It would allow air to escape back through the aux cylinder head to atmoshere. Easy to check by removing the air intake filter and placing your finger tip over the intake. Releasing after a couple of seconds made a popping sound.
There are plenty of other places to look but this is an easy one and cheap to fix.

Liberty has a by pass valve for each air door. They are located under the sinks and in small cabinets by the doors. So you don't get trapped in the back.
The drivers seat and the passenger floor slide are a known place for air leaks as well.
