I am looking for what I refer to as a "circulating coolant water high point air vent". On my coach, it is mounted on the end of a coolant line that is mounted such that it is a high point vent. As the Wabasto circulates hot water, any air in the lines would be trapped in the high connection and vented through this device. It is clamped into the end of a coolant hose mounted high.
Any ideas where to find this part?
Thanks,
Hector

Wow, Hector, this is the first I've heard of such an air relief.
If there is a high point air relief that is properly operating (and maybe that's the key) I wonder why it's such a project to "burp" the system when we change out coolant? You would think that a high point air relief would make it easy...
I'll be quite interested in the answer too!

Look under the front window stbd. side. There is a manual vent valve there, if that's what you are talking about.

On my coach and the one previous there are multiple vents for the Webasto system. There is a vent mounted at the end of each heat exchanger (rad) where the coolant comes from below into the cabin of the coach, there are panels that can be removed to gain access. This is the high point of the Webasto system. I also found to on the OTR heating system, one under the dash as Jim has pointed out and a second at the large heat exchanger in the third bay road side. When I recently changed my coolant I bled all of these but I still had to add 2 gallons after my first long trip. Obviously I didnt get all the air.

Hector, I know, I know ! Pick me ! Our Buses are close in age so they are probably in the same place. Mine is in the same compartment that houses the Wabasto. It is on the left, in the corner just inside the door. My two circulation pumps are right of the valve.

Thanks again,
