Howard Steering

Does anyone out there know of some one who can repair Howard Steering Systems?
I have it on my coach, and enjoy the system. It is not working properly. It seems to pass fluid into a small tank in the system, so there is something not working as it should.

I once heard of a company in San Antonio that installed the systems if any one can remember their name?

Thanks..the one in San Antonio is no longer....and the original supplier is also out of business.
Thought maybe someone knew of somebody who could diagnose and repair.
