Security Alarm Programming

Performed the instruction manual procedure to program the keyless remote. Switched ignition switch to on position 5 times then pushed remote switch button and nothing happened. Anyone had similar experience ?

Have you checked the batteries in the remote? I had a similar problem with a different vehicle (Ford) a few years ago. Pevost uses Ford's box for the alarm.

Replaced batteries in both remotes before trying to program. Nothing.

Are you trying to change the code or just get it to work? It is a Ford product , so there should be some info on line. Check fuses, etc.
