I would guess that this is a POGGER who has recently been traveling thru a tourist area, like Key West or Disney World. Perhaps it could be as far north as Oshkosh or Petosky!

The reason I say this is because you usually see these vendors who air brush tee shirts and paint faces on children or toe nails on POGGERS in touristy areas. The caption tells us that it is a "POG dude" so that narrows it down somewhat.

I was looking at the pictures of the Osh - Petosky rally and the only POGGERS that I recognized was Truk and Bill Bunch. All of the others seemed to be new members whom I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet.

I know that Jon, JDUB, MM, & DANSS attended OSHKOSH but I did not see them in the Petosky pictures. But that doesn't mean that they couldn't have had their toes painted before they left OSHKOSH.

Well, I'am here and wasn't exactly looking at hairy toes with the mega BBQ tonight. Their must be a way to locate "big toe" on the cruise tomorrow.
