Oh well, here we go.

Even full-timers need a place to hang their hats once in awhile that feels like home.

There is a new movement going on which proposes "Tiny Houses" for people to live in. (Smaller than an XLV).

Since most of us are trendy, young at heart and are in on all the latest stuff of one or perhaps two generations behind us, be the first on your block to get one.

Cute.

This sounds similar in concept to what "The Club" at Buckhorn Lake in Kerrville is all about (where POG3 will be held).

At the club, you lease the land for $35,000 down, and $475 a month. This gives you a place to park your motorhome with sewer, electrical etc. It also gives you a large slab to build whatever you want in terms of a residence. It was originally conceived to be 300-600 sq foot homes with a kitchen, or bedroom etc. Now they have people there who are building 2000 sq ft homes with two stories.

A place to hang your hat when you're not traveling!

When you sell your place, you get the $35,000 back (no interest). The down, evidently helps pay for the maintenance of the facilities.

Anthropoligist will be scratching their heads 500 years from now when they unearth these huge cement driveways with adjoining dinky Quonset Huts. 'What kind of Human inhabited this?'

Nomads!

Maybe we should leave a time capsule buried in Buckhorn Lake Resort.:D
It could have pictures of POG members and their coaches. Maybe by then there will be another Newell owner in POG!
