POG 10 - Preliminary Head Count

Until we get a formal sign up sheet on line we who are working on the Austin rally (POG X) October 3 through October 7 would like an indication from members who are planning to attend. We need this preliminary information to establish the rally costs, help with event planning and to gauge the number of people we have to accomodate in the campground and at various venues.

Please indicate the number of people who will attend in your party.

So I have made up a excel spreadsheet in hopes that everyone can update it to their liking by using the existing spreadsheet or by copying it and pasting it to a new one.
You computer guys can figure that out.
As of 7/1/11 @ approximately 10:00 pm the count is as you can see 95.
I will not be able to keep it up to date because I will be away from my desktop until October and have limited access to my laptop until after the rally.

Sorry to say, but Ann and I will have to cancel. We put my mom in the hospital last night. Need to stay home and take care of her. We will sure miss seeing everyone again. Hope you have a great rally!

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Mom is better, still in the hospital but recovering. She should be home by the weekend. We need to stay put here until she gets her strength back.

Patrick, you guys are welcome to visit anytime. Hope you can make it sometime.

Actually that goes for anyone who comes to Florida in the winter. We would love to see anyone who makes it to our area.

We truly will miss all of you. We were so looking forward to the trip. But I'm sure you all understand, Mom and family comes first.
