Just picked up some Michelin 365's from TCI here in Dallas for 573.00 not installed and minus sales tax. Seemed like a good price after looking around for some time. They quoted 591.00 not installed and also minus sales tax on 315's. They have locations all over US. Be aware if you call them that they seem to have several price lists to quote from, best to just ask if they can meet the pricing I referenced. The manager here in Dallas mentioned that prices are adjusted the first of the month so they could be going up, he wasn't certain. That is a really cheap price, did you check the date code?

I paid $614 for the 365s and $579 for the 315s this included tax but not mounting which was $26.50 per tire.The date codes were 1 week old on the 365s and 2 weeks old on the 315s.
