Front power window shades

Hey poggers, i have a problem with one of my power front window shades, the passenger side. The darn thing is winding cockeyed or uneven on the spool, any suggestions on how to correct this problem. As always your help is always appreciated

Try pulling on the shade down about 6 inches or so to get even and then roll down.

I have been trying to imagine how a shade rolled around a spool of a constant diameter can wind unevenly. The only thing I can come up with is there might be something on the side that raises faster that has changed the effective diameter of one side of the spool. That something could be as simple as a dead bug or a piece of shade folded over near the end of the shade.

The solution would be to completely unwind the shade, make sure it is clean on both sides and does not have a fold over the spool near the spool attach point. If everything is OK that shade should go up and down evenly and not be cockeyed or uneven. If it is the coach is possessed and you need to trade.
