Ok, here is the Official sign up information for everyone.

Each Member will call Motorcoach country Club( Dawn Schultz or other) and make their reservation under the POG Group rate ; dates. Feb. 18,19, and 20th.
Any additional nights can be reserved as well. One free night before or after the three nights can be reserved but you need to mention the internet website promotion. If you have already used the promotion in the past year it is not available. Remember, You must request it when you call in.
You can request a back in site $57.80 or a Pull forward site $81.80 per night.
If you want to be close to another member make sure you mention that as well as the sites will not all be in the same area.

Was told today that the Internet special will not be honored with the POG rally reservation.

AprilWhine, whenwe signed up we were allowed one free night with one night at full price. We wanted one night in front and one night at the end of the rally-----told NO, the special was to be used, both days together.

We spoke with Dawn.

The discount for the three nights is built into the pricing I posted. If you are to arrive a day early or stay after the Rally, the free night is available. You will not get a free night as part of the 3 day rally.

OK, I see the error of my ways. :D

You can not add a free day unless you add a paid day too. That is why I was told the Internet special was not valid with the POG rally.

Reservation is in. Good to hear that the free night required one additional full-price night. Was thinking about adding on one day, if it were free.

The sign up is going very well. For those who have not signed up, I would call right away! I will be posting a list of those who have called in & made their deposits. Looks like a big crowd!

Some smooth talking, and we are in!!! See you the afternoon of 18th. We will be coming from Benson AZ. 3 dogs included.
