I'm curious if anyone has a favorite travel book (domestic, travel essay/travelogue) that inspires them to get in their bus and hit the road?

Rand McNally..............not kidding. When we get an itch to go somewhere, after we decide how much time we want to be gone, we look at the various maps of states that fall within a range and start thinking of cities or places we might like to go.

Often our stomach makes the choice, hence the name Oysterfest and Lobstah fest.

We used our scientific book system to pick a spot to meet with our daughter and her husband in March.
