Here is the Lever method I used to replace my batteries

A 2 inch X 10 ft. stick of Rigid with a piece of uni-strut. The uni strut is clamped to the 2 inch with a 2 inch uni strut clamp. The uni strut is wide enough to catch the battery straps. Then a Jack on top of a rolling dolly. One person can do this.
