Any one know where I can get a replacement for this?

Have you taken it out to see if there are any markings of any kind on the vent itself? If there is you might have to Google it. Or try IBP www.Ibpindustries.com

It looks like part number 450962, $31.25 in the parts book... Of course, it's double the price of a Nostalgic vent......

Woody, Thanks for this post. I have a rectangular air vent that came from a full size Chrysler van from the mid-1980's. I know that since I had one of those vans and it has a Chrysler Part # on it. It too is broken. Now I have to go measure mine to see if I can replace it with one of these pieces.
