Boat and trailer on a truck

Does anyone know if there is a way to put a boat and trailer on a pickup so you can tow it then take the trailer off and tow it to the lake behind the truck? I can't believe somebody hasn't done this already. I would think you would have to use a small boat and trailer for this.

Scott there is a trailer that tows your pickup and then the boat goes above the pickup, the boat goes on first. You remove the pickup and then lower the boat to the lower level and lacnch the boat. Internet search it, I think I saw it in FMCA mag.

There are also systems that have a small boat on the pickup and you launch the boat from the pickup.
