The Cruise Control switch broke since I use it all the time. It is not a Prevost part. I think CC added it. This is the Cruise set switch and is not an on/off it rockers up and back down when released. Does anyone have spare I can buy.

Thank you Jack14r I called and sent the photos. They are looking, but not very confident.
Question: What is a switch called when it is not on/off and stays in the off position unless you push and hold it up.

It is called, unless specifically defined otherwise, a 'momentary' switch action. Circuitry may or may not 'latch', but generally latches by means of at least one relay. An example can be motor stop & run. Though the switch is momentary, the run position is latched and remains so unless the momentary stop is pressed (momentarily), or overload contacts open, or another switch has its stop button pressed, or other interlocks open and drop out the latch.
But I cannot/do not claim to know the particulars of circuitry in question.

Thanks Ken, at least I can "sound" a little more intelligent.

Thanks Rick I will look there and call. First glance, do not see the ones I have. What is crazy is I have a bag full of spares of two-way and three-way switches of every other switch on the bus.

The threaded part broke (shown in photo). Nick says he may have one. I hope.
