San Angelo State Park

Anyone ever stay at San Angelo State park? It is mentioned in Big Rigs, and Ken Z and I are stopping in San Angelo the day prior to POG 9 (visiting Kathy's uncle in San Angelo). I've stayed previously at the KOA in San Angelo, and it's OK, but I thought I would check the state park before booking.

Any thoughts?

Ray, do you use RVParkreview.com you may want to weigh the comments, but I have found the 'Folks' are more accurate than Woodalls orTrailer Life. The problem with Big Rigs, as you know, is that they don't rate the parks.

Larry, rvparkreviews.com had good reviews, but I wish they would post the length of their vehicles. Big Rigs actually had an entry for this site and indicated several reasonable sites. I was hoping to find a pogger that has actually been onsite.
