We have decided that we no longer need our RV resort property out in Surprise Arizona (NW of Phoenix). It was a hard decision because we love the resort and all it has to offer but our children are no longer in the Phoenix area so we are in the east more these days. These lots are deeded property and the HOA/maintenance fees are fixed at 121/month.
One lot # 1767 is right by the Golf Course and Club House and is in the exclusive Motorcoach only area of the resort. This lot is ready to use as is, rents the full season @ $600/month but is faily undeveloped so it would be easy to make it just the way you want it. Happy Trails resort has resident contractors that would have it done in a snap.
The second lot #740 & is right by the main community center and is fully developed. It has a full awning cover so year-round stay is possible. We have had fulltime renters on this lot for the past few years ($500+/month) and would love to continue to rent the lot if the new owner is agreeable.
