This is low freon pressure,maybe a leak.

My 2005 Liberty showed that error code when a wire to the alternator broke. My over the road airs stopped working because of loss of power. This wire is located starboard side engine bay. Call Liberty and they will probably tell you that this is a very common event due to vibration over time. They replaced this factory connection with a coiled wire that could give with engine and/or road vibration. Hopefully I'll never experience this problem again.
