I know it's a long shot, but I've just booked a spot at the ORA in Rancho CA over the 4th of July weekend. I'm coming in Saturday, and will actually stay until Thursday.
Anyone in in the Southern CA area who does not have other plans, come on out. They still have spots as of today. Their price is $65/night, 3 night minimum.
