Just a quick shout out to our Tennessee POGers hoping that all of you are high and dry during the flooding there.

I'm pretty certain these buses don't float well.....

The problems appear to have been associated with west and central TN. We had huge rainfall last night here in Knoxville, but the duration was not extended like it was to our west.

Knowing where each of us in east TN live I suspect flooding has not been an issue.

I'm looking at the French Broad River now and since this AM it has risen about 4 feet. Still well below the level required to jump its banks, but if the TVA starts releasing a lot of water upstream the folks on the river are going to see some bank erosion and flooded lawns and fields.
